AL METALS & METHODS PVT. LTD.
was started in 1989 to manufacture aluminium castings in Sand and
Gravity die (permanent mould). Over the years, we have supplied
castings for many applications like Railway Brake System, Automobiles,
Textile Machinery, Cooling Towers, Flowmeters, Tractors, Fuel Dispensers and others.
The company is a registered vendor to Diesel Loco Works (DLW) Varanasi,
Railway Coach Factory (RCF) Kapurthala besides being approved by RDSO
Lucknow.
Product Range
- Aluminium Castings in Sand and Gravity Die
- Cast Products and Equipments.
We have the flexibility to manufacture castings as per
customer’s requirement in terms of size, weight and grade of the
castings. We can undertake production of castings the weight of which may vary
from just a few hundred grams to over a hundred kilograms. Ideally, we
prefer to have a volume production of any item but we may also consider
a request for low volume production, especially in the sand casting
process.

Besides these, we have also catered to some European companies and
continue to enjoy their patronage.
Infrastructure
The company has a sufficiently well equipped foundry with oil–fired
melting furnaces for melting of Aluminium. A machine shop to undertake
pre–machining is also installed with lathe machines, drill and
milling machines besides the availability of band saw, belt grinder, etc.
Core shooter for manufacture of resin/shell cores is available. Post
casting operations like Heat Treatment, Buffing, Shot Blasting, Powder
Coating, etc. are all available though a tie–up with reputed vendors.
Similarly, spectrometer analysis of composition of material is
undertaken regularly with the help of testing labs located nearby.
